despatch times

‘In Stock' yarn orders are shipped within 3 business days.

‘Pre-Order' yarns are shipped within 5-10 business days.

If both ‘In Stock’ and ‘Pre-Order’ yarns are purchased together, they will be shipped together.

important

Once parcels are shipped, ‘wildwool' is no longer responsible for them.

‘Royal Mail 1st Class' & ‘Royal Mail International Standard' do not offer tracking.

Should your parcel go missing, ‘Royal Mail’ will only pay a maximum compensation value of £20.00 plus original shipping costs.

It’s always advisable to choose ‘Tracked & Signed’ if the value of your order is over £20.00

If you choose ‘Tracked & Signed’, tracking details will be provided when the parcel is shipped.

uk orders

UK parcels are sent by ‘Royal Mail 1st Class' unless ‘Signed For 1st Class' is chosen as the shipping choice.

‘Royal Mail 1st Class' parcels normally take 1-3 business days to arrive from date of shipment.

uk missing parcels

‘Royal Mail' will not deem a UK parcel missing until 10 business days have passed from the shipping date.

‘Royal Mail’ will not accept missing parcel claims until that time, but you can always send ‘wildwool’ a message using the contact page if you think your parcel has gone missing.

Should a UK parcel go missing, ‘wildwool' will provide UK buyers proof of postage so they can make a direct claim with ‘Royal Mail’.

‘Royal Mail’ compensation is paid directly to the claimant.

international orders

International parcels are sent by ‘Royal Mail International Standard' unless ‘International Tracked & Signed' is chosen at checkout.

Parcels normally take 5-7 business days for Europe, and 7-15 business days for the rest of the world.

world missing parcels

‘Royal Mail' will not deem an international parcel missing until the following time has passed:

20 business days for Europe

25 business days for rest of world

I will be unable to assist with any missing parcel queries until then, but you can always send ‘wildwool’ a message using the contact page if you think your parcel has gone missing.

If an international parcel does go missing, ‘wildwool' needs to make the claim with ‘Royal Mail’ on the buyer’s behalf. Any compensation paid is passed in full to the buyer.
